Position: Deputy Manager CSR
Requirements: Bachelor or Master in Social Sciences / Management / Business Administration with 5 to 7 years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
Steward TF’s HSE performance to attain collective HSE targets of the company
Engage local communities in different programs of Thar Foundation
Develop and maintain good reputation of TF / CSR work that creates impact on lives of local people
Manage conflict situation that may lead to damage company’s reputation
Ensure all community centri TF programs run smoothly in the best interest of local population (Eg: Health Services, Livelihood Small Grants, Women Empowerment, Local Employment etc.)
Develops & Execute SOPs of TF Functions to streamline the procedures
Ensure compliance to Operational Procedures in line with SOPs
Steward TF budget in liaison with HO Accounts Team and issue Quarterly Report
Conduct awareness sessions on disaster risk reduction / mitigation
Emergency response and rehabilitiation activities in case of any emergency onset (eg: Fire incidents)
Develop good relationships with partner organizations and mobilze donor agencies to partner with TF
