Dawood Engineering Pvt. Ltd is looking for a Development Manager for its plant located in HUB, Balochistan.
A technically sound candidate who will lead the development team in delivering the prototypes to finished products. Collaborate with operations to ensure efficient manufacturing. Achieve engineering objectives and contribute to the organization’s long-term strategy. Work on major projects, ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System Implement continuous improvement principles and recommend changes for enhanced efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development team and technical sound to comply with the requirements for our valued customers.
- Assign projects and set target dates for the development team.
- Ensure constant follow-up on in-house projects and vendorized parts.
- Develop parts according to customer requirements.
- Capabilities to negotiate meticulously and efficiently prices with customers.
- Work with the team to devise cost-reduction strategies.
- Manage government-related correspondence for product development.
- Implement process approach and risk-based thinking.
- Maintain a suitable environment for process operations.
- Ensure adherence to Quality System standards (IATF 16949 & ISO 14001).
Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in automotive product development.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
