Role Expectations:
- Work independently or as part of a team in providing architectural work and support.
- Develop architectural drawings and documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
- Create and edit 3D models and renderings using computer software.
- Work with architectural designers to create and edit work.
- Devise multiple options for projects and provide cost breakdowns for each one.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and manufacturers as necessary.
- Learn new software when required by the organization.
- Be proactive in developing new skill and incorporating them into the work.
- Handle other responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or engineering.
- A portfolio of 3-5 work samples. Please identify where work was done as part of a group.
- Proficiency in the following software:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- At least one of the following: Enscape/V-Ray/Lumion/3D Max
- Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
