Qualification: BE (Majors -Electronics, Telecommunication) or Equivalent
Experience: 1 to 2 years in relevant field
Responsibilities:
•Supervise and motivate production workers
•Plan and manage production schedules
•Ensure product quality and address defects
•Oversee equipment maintenance
•Enforce safety protocols
•Identify process improvement opportunities
•Manage inventory levels
•Maintain production records
•Provide training and development
•Facilitate effective communication
•Problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during production
•Ability to handle pressure and meet production targets
