At TPL Maps, we’re on a mission to democratize the power of location for Pakistan. For enterprise, we use location data to help partners optimize their supply chains and scale more efficiently. For consumers, we’re building Pakistan’s first local navigation app, which facilitates exploration and mobility for all Pakistanis.
As a 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲, you will be a foundational member of the team and will work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering to define and guide our product and commercial strategy, from ideation to launch and beyond. We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Strategy Associate who values moving quickly, enjoys working in fast paced environments, and is passionate to solve cross functional problems every day.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving key business decisions: by building product/strategic vision, gathering customer requirements, conducting market and competitor research, and creating the commercial frameworks that drive revenue growth for our suite of enterprise and consumer products.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Conducting market research and competition analysis to identity trends and opportunities for new and existing product use cases
- Working with cross functional teams such as sales, engineering, and operations to explore expansion opportunities within current clients
- Building commercial business cases and conducting revenue sizing analysis to determine value of prospective partnerships
- Engaging in pricing analysis and benchmarking to enhance monetization strategies for products and partnerships
- Liaising with Product and UX teams to engage in user interviews, testing, and product development
- Maintain view of rapidly changing digital environment, including trends, competition, and consumer behavior
- Being our lead problem solver: working closely with our technical, sales and product teams to ideate over our biggest cross functional challenges
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/management or any relevant field
- 0-2 years’ experience in a relevant or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
