Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is recruiting for “Import Manager” in Trade department at Head Office, Karachi. The candidate is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of an organization’s export activities.
Education: Graduate or Bachelors
Experience: Approximately 7 to 8 years in a same industry
Job Description:-
- Conduct extensive market research to identify potential markets, competitors, and customer demands in various countries.
- Develop sales plans and strategies to penetrate new markets and increase export sales. Building and maintaining relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with all export laws, regulations, and international trade policies. Preparing and submitting export documents such as licenses, shipping forms, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate shipping, logistics, and transportation activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to international customers. Negotiating contracts and agreements with shipping and logistics providers.
- Determine pricing strategies for export products based on market conditions, competition, and cost analysis. Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with international buyers.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international trade, such as political instability, currency fluctuations, and legal issues. Implementing risk management strategies to ensure smooth export operations.
- Lead and supervise a team of export professionals, providing guidance, training, and support. Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to achieve export targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt export strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
