Transsion Tecno Electronics Pvt Limited is looking to hire Assistant Industrial Engineer (Karachi)
Qualification: BE (Majors- Industrial Engineering) or Equivalent
Experience: 2 to 3 years in relevant field
Responsibilities:
•Assist in analyzing production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
•Conduct time studies and work measurement to establish standard times for various tasks and operations.
•Assist in designing and implementing efficient workflow layouts, including the arrangement of machinery, equipment, and workstations.
•Assist in developing and implementing production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
•Collect and analyze data related to production metrics, such as cycle time, downtime, scrap rates, and labor utilization, to identify areas for improvement.
•Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address production issues and quality concerns.
•Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Assist in conducting ergonomic assessments to ensure a safe and ergonomic work environment for employees.
