Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of ‘Officer – IT Infrastructure’ based at Head office, Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide IT support in Head office & regional offices across Pakistan related to hardware, software and networking matters.
· Install, configure, manage, and maintain operating systems, application software(s) as per requirement by end user.
· Provide troubleshooting support related to system hardware and software(s) and management of ticketing helpdesk portal.
· Provide 1st level support on Office365 (Outlook, Teams, Calendar, Skype, OneDrive)
· Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues related to user computer, software, and other hardware.
· Schedule online meetings and maintain audio-conferencing system.
· Level 1 coordination with vendors.
Knowledge and Experience:
· Graduate in Computer Science
· 1-2 years of relevant expereince
· Basic Knowledge of Operating Systems, Desktop Applications, Printer, Scanner and IT Devices
