Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
-Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc. - Assist in complete supervision of Retail Store.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training & mentoring staff.
- Deal with customer queries & complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a well – known Retail brand.
- People, operations management, & customer management skills are must.
