JS Investments Limited Jobs Senior Manager Accounting & Finance:
JS Investments Limited is looking for an experienced professional to fill the “Senior Manager Accounting & Finance” position.
Job Description:
· Preparation of Financial Statements of the Company and Provident Fund on a monthly basis.
· Monthly and quarterly reporting to the Group.
· Reporting to regulatory authorities (MUFAP/SECP/PSX etc.) as and when required.
· Oversee the daily operational tasks, including reviewing and posting the transaction executed for the day.
· Daily Investment portfolio reporting to management.
· Supervision & compliance with weekly withholding tax payments, sales tax payments and returns.
· Supervise for issuance of Debit Notes and recoveries from group companies and funds.
· Supervise team and be fully involved in Quarterly reporting, half-yearly review, and annual audit.
· Coordinate and facilitate internal/external auditors for provision date for audit purposes, support in Review/annual audit, etc.
· Prepare & review Income, Expenses, Assets & Liabilities breakups and bank reconciliations.
· Fixed/ Intangibles assets additions/disposals.
· Ensure all GL entries should be added to the correct forms.
· Review the Company finance manual for updates every quarter.
· Assist Financial controller in yearly budget activity.
· Coordination with composer/printer for quarterly & annual accounts composing.
· Information extracted from old data.
· Any other tasks given by FC/CFO/CEO.
Education & Experience:
- ACCA/MBA/CA/ACMA (Articles from Big4 Audit Firm will be preferred).
- 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
