We’re Hiring! “Manager Shariah Compliance“
Requirements:
- Dars e Nizami, Takhassus fil Ifta with accredited Madrasa and Graduation from recognized University.
- 5 years of similar experience with leading organization.
Responsibilities: - Performs Sharia Risk Assessment to identify key risk areas throughout the organization.
- Perform visits to Offices, Stores and Warehouses to assess Sharia Compliance of business operations.
- Performs/Supervises Sharia review of Agreements and policies where financial dealings are involved (e.g. Rent Agreements, Contractors, Vendors, Employees etc)
- Conducts research related to Sharia Issues.
- Proposes Sharia guidelines/checklists to make core business processes related to customers, suppliers and employees Sharia Compliant.
- Reviews Sharia Audit plan based on the Sharia risk assessment.
- Performs/supervises Sharia Audit of policies and procedures of departments in the organization.
- Finalized policy / procedures according to Shariah needs.
Conducts Shariah training sessions according to the training plan.
And any other task as assigned by the Senior.
