Lucky Core Industries is hiring an HSE Officer for our Pharmaceuticals business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to health, safety, and environment.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of the facility to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with established safety protocols.
- Work with management to develop and implement training programmes to educate employees on safety policies and procedures.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and develop corrective action plans.
- Maintain records and documentation related to safety incidents, training, and compliance.
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills to be prepared in the event of an emergency.
- Coordinate with outside agencies, such as regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to health, safety, and environment.
