Job Title: Sales Executive – SME Division
LOCATION: Islamabad – PK
JOB FUNCTIONS: Responsible for sales and customer relationships along with performance of assigned medium impact customer portfolio: customer base in clusters/geographic areas of all sizes
Manage assigned customers and budget base., pursue and secure business in accordance with corporate objectives
Probe and identify customer needs and provides solutions
Build a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base
Communicate significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned account
Research and understand the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers
Research and analyze competitive and industry trends
Ensure customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality
Create weekly & monthly reports of issue logs, productivity analysis, sales, churn, revenue and device recovery
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer focused aptitude
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Minimum Bachelor’s or above
2 to 3 years of experience in related field

JOB FUNCTIONS
Connect with prospects using phone and email (including cold calls/emails) and responding to inbound leads
Generate quality Leads on a daily and monthly basis
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
Stay abreast of market trends
Achieve daily and monthly targets
Keep proper records of customer interactions and transaction details with database management for further analysis
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
Strong customer-orientation and communication skills
Good interpersonal and collaborative skills Ability to handle pressure
Proficient with Microsoft tools
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Bachelor’s or above (Master’s degree is preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
