- Recruitment & Training Specialist. Who will be responsible to recruit, support and develop talent through Managing procedures & updating policies.
Experience: 5+ years in same specific role (This is not general HR Position, relevant experience in Training & Recruitment is required)
Qualification: Masters in HR or above - HR Officer, who will provide general day-to-day HR support across the IDC (Pvt) Ltd. The HR Officer will be primarily responsible for ensuring Personal Data Management, Attendance & Leave Compliance.
Experience: 1+ year in same specific role
Qualification: BBA in HR/Master in HR - HR Payroll Specialist, who will be responsible for making sure employees are paid accurately and on time. They manage payroll functions, including calculating employee paychecks, withholding taxes, and any other deductions, as well as maintaining accurate payroll records for organizations. A payroll specialist is able to use payroll software with accuracy and efficiency.
Experience: 5+ years in same specific role.
Qualification: Masters in HR or above
