Education: Masters
Experience : 12 to 18 years related to infrastructure projects, completed at least 3 mega projects as Incharge Warehouse
Skill set : Knowledge of Warehouse operation and physical identification of materials. Communication and administrative skills, capability to handle 25 to 35 people at a time while managing warehouse related conflicts. Computer literacy and SAP knowledge is a must

Position Title: Incharge Subcontracts
Qualification & Experience: DAE with minimum 15 years or
BE-Civil with minimum 10 years of experience
Area of Expertise: Capable of handling subcontractors, awareness of current market prices and rate analysis of critical work. Good negotiatation skills, collaboration and relationship-building skills. ERP/SAP knowledge is a must.

Position: Quantity Surveyor (Islam Barrage Project)
Qualification: DAE (minimum)
Area of expertise: Managing all Bill of Quantities (BOQ) related matters to a project, from the initial calculations to the final figures; prepare estimates of quantities and materials, keep track of any variations in the BOQ; maintain record of IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates), strong grip of rate negotiation and market awareness.
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience of construction companies

Area of expertise: Must be well versed with conditions of FIDIC based contracts, contracts administration particularly claims management; procedures of dispute resolution, must possess excellent written communication skills with respect to Contractual correspondence.
