FiveRivers Technologies is looking for an HR Intern to support our HR team in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for providing support to the HR team and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and programs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Assist in using ATS for the initial screening of profiles.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation, and collecting and filing new hire paperwork.
- Assist in performance management processes, including preparing performance review materials and tracking the completion of reviews.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and preparing HR reports.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and programs.
- Maintain employee files and HR databases.
- Assist in employee relation matters, including investigating and responding to employee inquiries and concerns.
- Support HR projects as needed.
Requirements
- Graduation in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience of 6 months internship in performing HR operations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Word.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with HRIS & ATS systems preferred.
- Certification in HRM will be a plus point.
