Job Title: SAP Functional Consultant (HCM Module)

Location: Gujranwala, Pakistan

Master Tiles & Ceramic Industries Limited is a leading ceramic tile manufacturing company based in Gujranwala, Pakistan. We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to join our team and provide support and expertise in the Human Capital Management (HCM) module.

Responsibilities:

◾ Implementing, configuring, and customizing the SAP HCM module to meet the company’s business requirements.
◾ Providing ongoing support for the SAP HCM module and resolving any issues or problems that may arise.
◾ Collaborating with other teams to integrate SAP HCM with other systems and applications.
◾ Creating reports and analyzing data in the SAP HCM module to provide insights and recommendations.
◾ Conducting user training and providing support to end-users.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SAP HCM.

Requirements:

◾ Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
◾ Candidate Must have SAP – HCM Certification
◾ Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in the HCM module.
◾ Strong understanding of SAP HCM module and its integration with other SAP modules.
◾ Experience in implementing and customizing SAP HCM for large organizations.
◾ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
◾ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
