National Clearing Company Pakistan Limited NCCPL Jobs Senior Network Engineer:
NCCPL is looking for Senior Network Engineer
REQUISITES:
Education: BS/BE in Computer Science/ Information Technology from HEC approved institute
Experience: At least 4 years of experience focused in Core networks domain
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Solid background in Core Network administration and architecture
*In-depth understating of Core routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/IS-IS)
*Hands on experience on managing MPLS based network architecture
*Knowledge of Firewall/Mail Security Gateways/NAC/WAF solutions
*Designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on publicly available platforms.
*Good analytical mind and ability to learn quickly
*Sound understanding of network topologies, theoretical concepts, protocols, connectivity and monitoring tools
*Good hands on experience in overall management of Routers, *Switches & Firewalls in heterogeneous environment.
*Prior working in area of network security (UTM) and security functions (Sandboxing, IPS.NGFW, SD WAN, DLP, Secure Web/Mail gateway) will be highly preferred
*Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including CISCO, JUNIPER, FORTINET, HUAWEI
*Experience with network diagnostics, monitoring and analysis tools
*Vendor based certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei)
*Good troubleshooting skills, must take a proactive approach in resolving issues.
*Experience in looking after 24/7 environments would be an added advantage.
*Must be flexible in timings and fully capable for extending support as per need.
Other Competencies:
-Strong IT specially but not limited to network management, network security and cloud
-Ability to work within a team, a proactive team player who can perform under pressure situations and meet deadlines.
-Good communication skill, decision making and problem-solving skills with can-do attitude
