Position: Warehouse Manager
Location: Islamabad
The incumbent will be required to lead the warehouse by supervising complete operations including inventory management with 100% accuracy and ensuring that the service performance targets are successfully achieved.

Role & Responsibilities:
•Manage the planning process to ensure all daily operational activities are executed and meet according to the customer service levels.
•Periodical space and resource planning to ensure smooth operation flows.
•Build and maintain professional relationship with the customers to achieve warehouse and customer’s KPIs.
•Accountable for site profit & loss associated to the stakeholder financial budget set.
•Continually review and improve business processes to improve productivity and add value to DHL services.
•Always ensure that safety and security of HR, premises and equipment is never compromised.
•Manage the effective implementation and use of the appropriate technology in all sections of the service chain, to enhance service and improve productivity.
•Review quarterly operational performance with assigned customer’s account.
•Ensure company goals & objectives are clearly communicated to the ground staff and meet consistently.
•Work closely with supporting department pertaining to non-operational issues, value added initiative, objectives, and other improvement program.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
•Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience in warehousing at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.
•Master’s degree preferably in related field from reputable institution.
•Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policies.
•Ability to influence individuals and teams in order to achieve set or desired goals and objectives.
•Strategic thinker with analytical skills, high achievement drive and ability of taking initiative.
•Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.
•Strong command over Microsoft Office and other related software.
