United Bank Limited UBL Jobs Head of Branchless Banking:
United Bank Limited is looking to hire “Head of Branchless Banking” for its Digital Banking Division. The resource would be responsible to develop a nationwide distribution model through direct agents and super agencies, generate partnerships with strong organizations, and increase revenue through the developed agent network while delivering the best in industry quality of service.
Job Description:
- Plan and lead strategic agency sales initiatives to achieve corporate objectives and business plans for all products and services for digital banking group
- Achieve targets in assigned domains by forecasting and developing KPIs for revenue, sales volume, market share, business development, performance monitoring and optimization of operating costs
- Develop new streams of revenue through various innovative solutions for agency banking
- Maintain quality of service, sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Monitor business development activities, customer experience, stock management, customer services; invoicing, credit and payment administration
- Carry out periodic data driven agency reviews and analyze sales performances against budgeted KPIs and scorecards, and take corrective actions, if needed
- Expand distribution outreach through a direct agency model and third party partners through a super agency model, and ensure seamless experience for end customers regardless of touchpoint
- Create an agency management culture that focuses on data led decision making to boost sales volumes and the best in industry customer experience
- Maintain top sales staff performance by counselling and disciplining employees; plan, monitor, and appraiser job results
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field from any HEC recognized University
- Minimum ten years of agency management and retail sales experience is required, with a demonstrated excellence in delivering quality of service
- Ability to put customer at the center of the business and measure customer satisfaction
- Ability to monitor performance and identify/improve where required
- Ability to identify market trends and take a leadership position in the industry through innovation and constant process improvement
Strong territory management skills
