Paymob Jobs Warehouse Team Lead:
Paymob is looking for Warehouse Team Lead for it’s Karachi office.
The Team Lead will be responsible for providing countrywide supervision to the team in warehouse/inventory management and running the POS operations smoothly. This role will also be responsible for executing operations strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
• Setup central warehousing facility for POS sales devices and other additional tools
• Manage inventory and its processes end to end
• Setup supply chain and logistics from warehouse to hubs and own the entire value chain.
• Responsible for assigning, deployment, exchange for POS devices to and from warehouses & hubs.
• Building the stock view to monitor the numbers and define the gaps and optimize efficiency
• Construct Dashboards for stock maintenance with automation
Eligibility Criteria:
• 6 years of relevant experience of supply chain/ stock management
• Proficient in Data handling and large data sets (Power BI, Excel, SQL skills are required)
• Have the necessary skills to automate processes
• Work independently and able to manage teams
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions
