Position: Social Media Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Social media marketing managers’ responsibilities revolve around organizing and running marketing campaigns over social media platforms (such as: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Snapchat).

Typical responsibilities include:

• Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
• Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy
• Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ enquiries
• Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
• Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising (If required by the client)
• Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
• Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent
• Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns.

Position: IT Support Engineer

Key Expertise:

1. Should be having sound knowledge of switches models and other network devices, MRTG and troubleshooting, AD server and implementation of other QOS policies and PBR.
2. Knowledge of Mikrotik Router RB-201and its configuration, WIFI configuration /restrictions.
3. Knowledgo and implementation of user activities monitoring policies or suggest the best user activities monitoring software and social media 8, VPN restriction policies.
4. Ablo to configure/deploy IP scheme and LAN segmentation, VLAN scheme depending upon user specification.
5. Highly efficient in identifying and troubleshooting the network latency, packet loss, network disconnectivity, call lagging, delay in calls & one way connectivity issues.
   Experience: 5 years of IT industry experience in the same capacity
