Position: Executive – Budget and Control
Location: Islamabad, PK
JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for core cost control activities such as sourcing and contract management with core financial obligation’s such as CAPEX and OPEX utilization, capitalization, & vendor payments for engineering department
JOB FUNCTIONS
- End to end OPEX & CAPEX budget management while maintaining the defined budget strategy.
- Responsible for the capitalization of nationwide projects.
- Analysis on budget of prior month, prior year and market benchmarking as well as identification of high opex Areas/domains.
- Nationwide database management. Vendor reconciliations & settlement of long outstanding payments.
- Follow-up with finance and procurement for early approval of projects.
- Vendor Management of engineering contracts and their performance analysis.
- Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and annual reporting to management.
- Responsible for inventory stock and ordering.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6 years experience
