• Exploring new materials and ornamentations according to selected theme of the season
• Market Visit to see the latest trend of market and material availability
• Searching subscribed websites to generate creative ideas, follows color trend, matching of color and what trends customer demand.
• Creating new and innovative designs, creating samples for the same and submitting them to BOD for approval
