Coca Cola Icecek Pakistan is looking for Engineer (Reporting to: Quality Assurance Manager) at Faisalabad.
Mission Statement: To Manage implementation of QA procedure, HACCP & FSSC system monitoring for water treatment, Syrup preparation, Laboratory, process control and waste water management system.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the product, package quality remains at the required quality by the organization. Custodian of Quality related records.
- To oversee line start-up and shutdown procedures to ensure that the product is within specification
- Manage the daily quality reports from the quality control staff and take corrective measure if required. Carry out tests specified in daily quality plans and work plans within the assigned department
- In case of nonconformities, inform the authorities, stop production if needed, take required corrective-preventive actions and keep record
- Monitor syrup, sugar and concentrate efficiencies daily and during production
- Supervision & Management of Syrup Room and Water Treatment Operations
- Ensure cleaning and sanitation as per company standards
- Calibration of all pressure and temperature gauges and devices at plant, internally and externally both.
- Ensure washing parameters with company requirements to make all containers fit for filling and ultimate consumptions
- To ensure that container inspection procedures are implemented as per company requirements.
- To ensure empty receiving from markets as per company requirements
- Check that the calibrated devices in intermix device are working, engage and control cooling system, adjust and operate level control device.
- Analysis of raw & treated water from external approved Lab as per requirement.
- To monitor and control postmix related activities.
- To ensure storage conditions – FIFO.
- Supporting & facilitating other departments in achieving their targets.
- Assignments by seniors.
- Implementation of Quality, Food Safety and HSE management system
- Assess the existing or potential environmental impacts on air, water, and land.
- Monitor operation & maintenance of waste water treatment plant
- Ensure waste water quality as per applicable laws at all times and requirements of The Coca-Cola Company
- Supporting & facilitating other departments in achieving their targets.
- Any other assignments by management related to HACCP, Environmental and microbiological and food safety.
- Maintain proper documentation and record keeping ensuring compliance to meet the requirements of audits such as KORE Q-1, KORE E-1, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, etc.
- Prepare special reports, provide records, documents, routine reports, etc. to management as and when required by the management.
Candidate Education
- Master’s Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Associate Degree
Other Types of Education
Major for Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry / Micro-biology or B.Sc. in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: 5years+
