Golpik Inc. is looking for an HR Executive for its Karachi-based office. We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Play a vital role in the recruitment needs of an organization.
Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of candidates, conduct prescreen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit and develop a pool of shortlisted potential candidates.
Present fully-screened qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner and coordinate interviews.
Requirements:
Qualification: BBA in Human Resource Management
Experience: 1 – 2 Years of Experience in HR in software house
Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Gender: Female preferably
