- Software Installation (Windows , Office , Antivirus etc..
- Hardware Testing and Check
- HO Internet / Branch Internet Zong and others
- Outlet Networking Setup (Design standard IT networks )
- HO IT Equipment Inventory and Tracking
- Database backups confirmation
- Servers health monitoring and support.
