We are looking for “Manager Leasing” for our retail chain. being the part of growing network of Fast Fashion with in Pakistan this role will be responsible for following task list
-Conducts research for identification of property locations in line with business needs, Network Expansion strategy and Brand guidelines; Coordinates with Real Estate Network for location identification
-Builds and maintains healthy relationship with Real Estate Vendors, Consultants, Project Developers, Mall Management and Land lords to establish real estate network.
-Conduct research on the store location or store relocation; Determines the demographics of the locality; Carry out a competition analysis and market share for the locality to determine the feasibility. Detailed analysis of footfall for the location, sale potential and market prevalent sales to rent ratios.
-Schedules and attends periodic regular property inspections in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Requirement : Bachelors (Masters preferred)Constructional Engineering/Town Planning or MPA with 5 to 6 years of project management, real estate / location acquisition and planning in a reputed organization within Fashion Retail, Construction or FMCG.
