Ismail Industries Limited is looking for an “Assistant Trade Category Manager/Trade Category Manager” for its CandyLand division.
Education: Bachelors/Masters
Experience: FMCG Sales/Trade Category Management or Trade Marketing
Location: Head Office
Job Description:
- Achieve monthly targets, Region wise, Category wise by close liaison and coordination with Regional Sales Manager
- To identify new sales Channels and plans to develop sales
- To coordinate with NKAM for managing contracts and rentals with IMTs and
- To share Pre & Post analysis of all trade offers/ promotions & campaigns with GM Sales and RSMs
- Constantly monitor competition moves, trade offers, promotions, schemes and measure its impact on overall business
- To coordinate with Sales & Marketing for ongoing campaigns and new products launches, besides making Trade Marketing plans for the same
- Keep a close eye on Factory Production via DMR (Daily Manufacturing Report) and Liaison with Demand Planning for proper availability
