Hiring for Accounts and Finance Executive
Location: SMCHS, Karachi
Responsibilities:
� Accounts preparation on QuickBooks software
� Handling Petty Cash
� Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports
� Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual & Annual Tax Compliance
� Dealing with Banks and Vendors
� Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable
� Analyze financial data in order to prepare financial reports and prepare budget forecasts
� Prepare invoices and vouchers
� Prepare and disburse payroll
� Provide assistance in admin related task
Requirements:
� Education: Should be a bachelor�s degree holder in relevant field
� Experience: Should have 02 to 03 years of proven working experience
� Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
� Must be able to work independently
� Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
� Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills
� Respond appropriately to evaluation and changes in the work setting
