Qualification, Knowledge And Experience Requirement
- BS/BA required, MBA/P.h.a.r.m.a.c.i.s.t preferred
- 5+ years product/brand management experience
- Launch experience
- Diabetes disease experience and understanding of the diabetes landscape preferred
- Strong formal presentation development and delivery skills required
- Experience managing external vendors and effective budget management
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external partners
- Ability to communicate and work closely with the following business functions to successfully lead initiatives: Sales force, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Business Ops and Multiple agencies
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external partners
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and demonstrated financial, communication, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented self-starter capable of owning initiatives from beginning to end
- High level of personal and professional integrity with strong work ethic.
