Junior Officer Human Resource– (Position based in Karachi)
Responsible for routine human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance assessment, monitoring, timely documentation, employee counselling and data input in HRIS system. The candidate will mainly responsible for entire recruitment process (End to End Recruitment) specifically for sales workforce addition/replacement in coordination with respective managers.
Candidates should be Bachelors (from HEC recognized university) in relevant field with minimum one year relevant experience preferably in financial sector.
