THE ROLE:
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Monitor store performance through regular visits and audits.
- Ensure customer service, store operations and inventory standards.
- Lead, motivate and develop retail teams through training and coaching.
- Coordinate with HR for hiring, transfers and promotions.
- Identify market trends, selling opportunities and support new store feasibility.
- Ensure implementation of marketing campaigns, VM and store freshness standards.
- Monitor district financial operations and expenses.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 16 years of education in Marketing, Sales, Business or Supply Chain from a recognized national/foreign institute.
- 6-8 years of experience in the Retail/Sales sector.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and financials with excellent communication skills.
