Role Overview
Improve Planning productivity through automation, analytics, and digital solutions, while supporting the long-term development of Forecasting, S&OP/IBP, and data-driven planning capability across the Supply Chain function.
- Partner with Planning, Procurement, Production, and IT teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable digital solutions.
- Map existing planning reports, Excel files, and manual processes; prioritize automation opportunities by effort saved and business impact.
- Automate recurring planning reports using Excel, Power Query, Python, Power Automate, and AI-assisted tools.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for inventory, production, material planning, service level, ROP, RCCP, and supply chain KPIs.
- Consolidate data from SAP/ERP, production, and sales into reliable, repeatable datasets — including the sales history, product hierarchy, and master data required for demand forecasting.
- Continuously identify opportunities to simplify planning processes through automation, standardisation, and analytics.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 0–3 years’ experience in planning, analytics, automation, or business intelligence. Strong fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Advanced Excel including Power Query, with demonstrated experience automating a recurring report or process.
- Hands-on Power BI dashboard development.
- Working knowledge of Python, or strong aptitude and clear willingness to develop it.
- Practical use of AI tools to accelerate analysis and coding.
- SQL, VBA, Power Automate, or similar automation tools.
