We’re Hiring | Recruitment Specialist
Are you a recruitment professional with a passion for finding exceptional talent and building meaningful connections? We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
-Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
-Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
-Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
-Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-3–4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
-Strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
-Must have an active and professional LinkedIn presence with a strong recruitment network
-Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
