Feroze1888 Mills Limited is seeking Manager – Weaving Production & Maintenance to lead weaving operations.
This role is responsible for driving production performance, optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing operational efficiencies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end weaving production operations to achieve business and operational objectives.
- Drive productivity, machine utilization, and process optimization through data-driven decision-making and lean manufacturing practices.
- Ensure consistent achievement of production, quality, cost, and delivery targets while maintaining operational excellence.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Partner closely with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Planning, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering with atlead 7 to 8 years of experience in Weaving production within a large-scale textile manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of modern weaving technologies, lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, quality systems, and production planning.
