Position: Manager – Retail Sales & Development
📍 Location: Vital House, DHA (Phase 12) EME Sector, Lahore.
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
🎓 Education:
- MBA / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
🎓 Experience Level:
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil Marketing Company (OMC), Petroleum, Retail Sales, Business Development, or FMCG sector.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead retail sales strategies and achieve assigned fuel sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify potential fuel pockets and expand the retail network through new site acquisitions and dealer partnerships.
- Evaluate potential sites through market analysis, site visits, feasibility assessments, and review of layouts and development plans.
- Negotiate with landowners, prospective dealers, and key stakeholders for new retail outlet development.
- Coordinate with government departments, regulatory authorities, internal teams, and external stakeholders for smooth business and project execution.
- Monitor retail outlet performance, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies to achieve sales and network development targets.
