🚛 We’re Hiring – Cold Chain Supervisor
Hico Ice Cream Pakistan is looking for experienced Cold Chain Supervisors to join our team.
📍 Locations: Karachi | Islamabad | Gujranwala | Faisalabad
Requirements:
- DAE (Refrigeration, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline) with 4–6 years of relevant experience, or
- Matric/Below Matric with 8–10 years of hands-on experience.
- Mandatory experience in:
- Refrigeration systems
- Cold rooms and freezer systems
- Cold chain/refrigerated vehicles
- Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and team supervision skills.
- Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of refrigeration equipment and cold chain vehicles.
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure temperature compliance and uninterrupted cold chain operations.
- Lead and monitor technicians while maintaining accurate maintenance and service records.
