Key Responsibilities:
• Manage GT & Distribution sales operations
• Achieve volume & value targets
• Ensure market coverage, product availability & visibility
• Monitor KPIs (coverage, SKU/value per call)
• Manage distributors, stock levels & receivables
• Lead and develop the sales team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
•5-8 years FMCG / Distribution sales experience is a must
