Join Our Team SALES OPERATIONS OFFICER
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Officer will support the Sales Department in achieving business objectives through effective sales operations, order management, stock coordination, reporting, and sales administration. The role ensures smooth execution of sales activities across all channels while maintaining operational efficiency and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational activities with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
- Share daily stock position reports with the sales team and relevant stakeholders.
- Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment and dispatch.
- Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, warehouse, and finance departments for order execution, stock availability, and payment tracking.
- Maintain accurate sales records, ERP data, and operational documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports for management review.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning to avoid shortages and overstock situations.
- Follow up on dispatches and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Support management with sales analysis, operational insights, and performance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Order Management, or a similar role.
- Experience working with ERP systems and sales reporting tools is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sales operations and order management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
