Nagaria Textile Mills (Pvt) Ltd is looking for Executive Supply Chain
To manage weaving contracts (Terry & Fabric) for both in-house and conversion production, ensure accurate yarn issuance, maintain coordination with conversion parties, and provide timely reporting for management decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Create, manage, and update weaving contracts (Terry & Fabric) for in-house and conversion production.
- Yarn Issuance: Ensure accurate yarn issuance against contracts (in-house & conversion) with proper documentation and ERP recording.
- Conversion Party Coordination: Maintain effective follow-ups with conversion parties for yarn supply, utilization, and timely execution of contracts.
- Reporting & Reconciliation: Prepare, verify, and reconcile monthly statements of conversion parties for submission to management.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of contracts, yarn issuance, and conversion activities in ERP and manual files as required.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Supply Chain / Relevant Field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in weaving contracts, yarn management, or related areas.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of weaving (Terry & Fabric) processes.
- Familiarity with yarn issuance and contract management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and analytical ability.
