🚨 We’re Hiring- Junior CNOC Engineer (Submarine & Optical Networks) 🚨
📍 Location: Cable Landing Station, Hawks Bay, Karachi 🚌 Company-Provided Pick & Drop Facility
Are you ready to kick-start your career in one of the most specialized and exciting areas of telecommunications? We’re looking for motivated engineers to join our Cable Network Operations Center (CNOC) team, supporting the monitoring and maintenance of submarine cable systems that carry global internet traffic.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and operate submarine cable and optical transmission networks 24/7
- Detect, escalate, and support resolution of network faults and alarms
- Assist in maintenance and troubleshooting of SDH, DWDM, and OTN systems
- Coordinate with international cable partners and internal teams during outages
- Maintain operational logs, reports, and network performance records
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in SDH, DWDM, OTN, and Optical Fiber Networks
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Telecom, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a specialized submarine cable environment
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
