- 2 years of experience in a creative/digital agency or the marketing department of an FMCG brand.
- BBA or Bachelors in Marketing or Communication

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to identify target audiences and support brand strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, PR, Digital, and Activations.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, messaging, and visual assets to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and campaign effectiveness to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
- Support brand-building initiatives including events, sponsorships, cross-functional coordination, and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
