WE’RE HIRING Support Engineer – Surveillance Systems Karachi
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
- Troubleshoot surveillance and basic network issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and health checks.
- Manage inventory, spare parts, and asset records.
- Coordinate warranty claims and ensure SLA compliance.
- Maintain reports and provide regular status updates.
Requirements:
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of CCTV/Surveillance support experience.
- Knowledge of IP Cameras, NVRs/DVRs, VMS, and networking.
- Experience in inventory management and reporting.
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
