Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for technology and digital transformation? We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our ICT and IoT enterprise sales initiatives across Karachi.
As a Senior Manager, you will drive business growth by delivering innovative ICT and IoT solutions to enterprise customers. This role blends technical expertise with commercial acumen, enabling you to design and close high-impact deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for ICT IoT solutions.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Lead consultative, solution-based selling for enterprise clients.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals (RFPs/RFQs).
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 4-6+ years of experience in ICT, telecom, or IoT enterprise sales.
- Strong understanding of cloud, connectivity, IoT platforms cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of closing large B2B deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Computer Science (MBA preferred).
