We are looking for a dedicated healthcare professional with strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and hands on experience in Operation Theatre management. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the Cardiac Operation Theatre, maintaining patient safety standards, managing resources, and supporting the delivery of high quality surgical care.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Oversee daily operations of the Cardiac Operation Theatre and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure availability and proper functioning of cardiac surgical equipment and supplies.
- Supervise OT staff, duty rosters, and coordination with surgeons and anesthetists.
- Monitor compliance with infection control, sterilization, and patient safety standards.
- Ensure efficient scheduling and execution of cardiac surgical procedures.
𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN), Operation Theatre Technology, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of Operation Theatre experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in Cardiac OT and cardiac surgical procedures will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
