Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for an HR Officer based at Head Office, Karachi. The HR Officer is responsible to assist in HR tasks related to HR operations.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in exit formalities and final settlements.
- Support internal HR communications and coordinate meeting schedules.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, and meetings.
- Maintain proper documentation of HR activities, events and filing.
- Assist in processing employee medical reimbursement claims and coordinate with HR Operations and Finance for timely reimbursement.
- Support performance appraisal activities, including coordination of review cycles, data collection, documentation, and assisting in performance management processes.
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
- Assist in coordination and management of Decibel-related data within HR systems.
- Assist in job posting and advertising vacancies; schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records; support new employee onboarding.
- Assist in all HR-related tasks and operational support across HR functions as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build employee relationships and support resolution of workplace issues and conflicts.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Knowledge Ability to interact professionally and effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word) and basic HR databases/systems.
- Understanding of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
- Strong organizational skills in managing employee records, documents, and schedules efficiently.
