SENIOR/MANAGER – SCM & PLANNING (ALL PRODUCT ASSORTMENTS)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field | 8–12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Merchandise Planning preferably within the Retail or Fashion Industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop annual, seasonal, and monthly sales, demand, and inventory plans.
- Lead demand forecasting using historical sales, market trends, seasonality, and promotional insights.
- Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets and optimize inventory investments.
- Drive inventory productivity through replenishment planning, stock optimization, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with Sourcing, Production, Logistics, Merchandising, and Retail teams to ensure seamless product flow.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, including service levels, fill rates, OTIF performance, and lead times.
- Analyze sales, inventory, profitability, and assortment performance to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and recommendations to improve planning effectiveness.
