Roots Garden Schools is hiring a passionate, creative, and highly skilled Marketing & PR Executive | Content & Creative Designer to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for a dynamic professional with a strong background in graphic design, content creation, marketing, and public relations who can enhance our brand presence through impactful visuals, engaging content, strategic campaigns, and effective stakeholder communication.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

Strong Graphic Designing and Visual Branding skills.
Professional expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
Excellent Video Editing, Photography, and Videography skills.
Creative content creation skills for social media platforms, digital campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, public relations, and audience engagement.
Ability to conceptualise and execute creative marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and outreach.
Experience in managing social media platforms, digital marketing initiatives, and community engagement.
Ability to draft compelling marketing content, press releases, event coverage, success stories, and promotional material.
Knowledge and practical use of AI tools for content creation, design enhancement, and marketing innovation.
Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Confidence in coordinating events, promotional activities, media coverage, and external outreach.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and professional environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Candidates with a strong creative portfolio and relevant professional experience will be preferred.
