INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER (Warehouse)
Location: Lahore (On-site)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify products, documents, and stock records; share daily reports.
- Review IN/OUT documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure proper handling of returns with documentation.
- Monitor CCTV for safety, security, and unauthorized activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and fire extinguisher placement.
- Review vehicle & generator logbooks and usage efficiency.
- Maintain & verify fixed asset records and condition.
- Prepare and share monthly audit reports.
- Ensure FEFO (First Expiry First Out) method.
- Conduct cash audits and report findings.
- Monitor scrap sale activities and ensure transparent transactions.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and report non-compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
- M.Com, B.Com, BBA or equivalent.
- 1–3 years in audit, finance, or accounting.
- Strong analytical and observation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting.
